Quadrille

In 2018 Megan hosted a supper club called Home Bird, at Pophams Bakery, Islington. It was this supper club that then became the inspiration for her first book proposal, which got published by Ryland Peters & Small in 2020.

Ryland Peters & Small then commissioned a second book, Fridge Raid, published in 2021.

Megan was heavily involved from concept to creation on both books; the initial idea, proposal and pitching, contract negotiation, format structure and style creation, full copy, food styling, shoot management, post-edit proofing.

Amongst working on many other books as a recipe tester, developer, and food stylist, Megan was also commissioned to author and food style ‘How to be Sugar-Free and Keep Your Friends’ published by Quadrille in 2021, as one of their four-book ‘How to be’ series.

Megan’s cookbooks have had multi-page features in many magazines and newspapers, to include:

The Times magazine, The Telegraph magazine, The Telegraph newspaper, Stylist magazine and online, Olive, Country Living, Waitrose Weekend, Homes & Gardens, Period Living, Fabulous, Sheer Luxe, Scandi at Home, Vegan Food & Living, Women’s Fitness, Psychologies, WI Life, Health & Wellbeing, NZ House & Garden, Canvas, Simple Things, BBC Good Food, Hello and more.
